Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hrs (weekdays only) of receiving payment, we will inform you by email when your order has been dispatched.

At every stage of your online Fab Finches order an email will be sent confirming payment received through to dispatch.

Each product page has the delivery price for that item & in stock or pre-order notice. Delivery may work out cheaper if more then one item is added to the basket.

All items should be checked on arrival for damage. If you are unable to do so they must be signed for as ‘unchecked’, failure to do so in the event that an item is damaged may affect the claims process.

UK Delivery Information

Choose a suitable and convenient delivery between our Standard or Express delivery options.

  • Standard Delivery  = Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (3 – 5 working days) – £2.99
  • Royal Mail 1st Class = Usually next day but should allow 2-3 working days – £5.95
  • Royal Mail by 9am = Express Delivery by 9am – next working day if ordered before 11am – £25.00
  • Royal Mail by 1pm = Express Delivery by 1pm – next working day if ordered before 11am – £20.00
  • Saturday Delivery – Order by 11am Friday – £15.00

Returns Information

Orders received from Fab Finches UK orders can be returned to us within 14 days of sale.
If you wish to return your goods, orders must be unused and it is original packaging and in a resellable condition and follow the instructions outlined below.

How to return an order:

Please contact us first to make us aware that you wish to return your order, we can then,

– give you our returns address
– process a return request
– made aware you wish to return your order

Then simply post the items back to us (buyer pays return postage), once we have received your order back we can issue a full refund,
Please write your name, address, postcode and order number on a piece a paper and enclose it with your Goods.
Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel.
Take the parcel to the Post Office. The clerk will give you a copy of the proof of posting on the which you should retain until you receive your refund.

International info – Customs charges may apply in certain countries and its advised that you check if any apply to you beforehand also we can not be held responsible if certain items are not allowed to the sent to your country and again is advised that you check beforehand
