Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Confirmation of Order:
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
All orders accepted by Fab Finches are subject to the following conditions, not withstanding anything which may be stated to the contrary by the customer unless otherwise by a director of Fab Finches in writing.
All prices quoted are at the time of order:
a. Exclude delivery to the UK mainland subject to condition 2a
b. Ex-works for export.
c. Inclusive of VAT.
2. Delivery Charges
a. Delivery charges is chargeable on all orders at the current rate (please see delivery page)
a. All goods are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
4. Damage / loss in transit
a. Goods should be inspected on receipt and the delivery paperwork only signed once the goods have been checked, any damage shortage should be advised in writing to the carriers and to ourselves within 7 days.
b. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection at Fab Finches discretion.
c. Damaged goods returned to Fab Finches will only be accepted if carriage is paid and after the company’s prior written consent.
d. Non delivery must be advised in writing to the carriers and ourselves within 14 days of date of advice note.
a. Returned goods must be sent carriage paid and arrive in good condition.
b. If you purchase as a consumer, your contract is governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR) which you may find here http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Please note that if you return correctly supplied goods under DSR, you will be responsible for the cost of doing so.
a. All goods must be paid in full before dispatch or at the point of order, including pre-order items.
7. Risk and title
a. Risk shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to or collected by the customer and his agent.
a. You are covered by the sale of goods act & distance selling regulations.
9. Sales promotion documentation
a. All images, photos, graphic and artwork within Fab Finches catalogues, technical circulars, price lists, websites and all literature remain the property of Fab Finches and this imagery may not be used on any literature, brochure, website or any advertising medium without the prior written consent of. Fab Finches.
b. We reserve the right to stop producing or to change, for any reason whatsoever, any products in our collection, without prior notice
10. Use of the Trademark
a. Fab Finches trademark may not be used on headed notepaper, nor in a brochure or website or on any advertising medium without the prior written consent of Fab Finches.
The content of our website, social media, promotional materials and emails including all text, trademarks, logos and any other design are protected by copyright laws in the UK. Fab Finches do not allow any unauthorised attempt to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our websites or social media outlets.
